These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ck casino platform and all services under it. The key terms used throughout are defined below:

1.1 Definitions

3.1 Age Verification

A date of birth must be provided at registration. ck may request official documents to verify age at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ck primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Any attempt to operate an account from a location where online gaming is legally prohibited may result in that account being closed. Users are responsible for ensuring that using such services is lawful in their area.

4.1 Password and Login

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. ck will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

4.2 Account Sharing Prohibited

Your account may only be used by you. Sharing your login details with anyone else or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. Any transaction made through a third party may be cancelled.

5.1 Payment Methods

Mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh are available for deposits and withdrawals at ck. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Payments from accounts not registered in the member's name will not be accepted.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of being received. However, this time may increase due to identity verification or a security review.

5.4 Payment Restrictions

ck reserves the right to review the source of a user's deposits. In cases of suspicious transactions, the account may be kept under investigation and withdrawals may be suspended during that time.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing.

6.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

ck runs several other promotional offers:

• ck Weekly Deposit Gift: 50% bonus on deposits made on any working day, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20 times.
• ck Friday Special: 75% bonus on Friday deposits, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25 times.
• ck Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits made during a match, up to ৳3,000; wagering 15 times.
• ck Birthday Reward: Verified members can receive up to ৳1,500 in the month of their birthday; wagering 10 times.
• ck Refer a Friend Reward: When a new member joins through your referral link, you receive up to ৳2,000; wagering 12 times.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds should not be treated as equivalent to cash. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement. Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — the specific terms of each bonus apply separately. ck reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.

7.1 Game Operation

All games on ck are provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be influenced by any party.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game round is not completed due to a technical error or interruption, the bet amount for that round will be refunded. However, the results of rounds completed before the error will remain valid.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, particularly cricket betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned the bet amount will be refunded. If a match is shortened below the scheduled overs due to rain or any other reason, the rules of the betting provider will apply.

7.4 Live Casino

Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, etc.) are played with a real dealer present. If the network connection is lost or the dealer encounters a technical issue, the result of the ongoing round will be determined based on the recorded data.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck:

• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Deliberately losing or winning for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using software or techniques to influence game outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Representing yourself as ck or one of its agents.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the site.

9.1 Suspension by ck

ck may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraud.
• Legal liability or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Contacting support via 24/7 live chat or email will generally result in the account being closed within a short period. Any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal requirement can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
