Each week, your net loss is your total losses minus your total winnings. Cashback is calculated on this net loss at the rate for your current VIP tier. Once the week ends, cashback is automatically added to your account.
Cashback is a genuine reward for playing — you do not need to meet any activity or turnover targets. Keep in mind, though, that cashback only applies if you have a net loss for the week; if you finish the week in profit, cashback does not apply.
